Foth Design & Construction Limited offers services in general maintenance in structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering, including renovation and refurbishing of buildings.  In addition, FDC undertakes maintenance works on roads and drainage, and has expertise in urban reconstruction and restoration.

This includes systematic replacing of old and obsolete human settlements with new ones, without necessarily displacing the poor and minority. FDC also carried out a research project on internally Displaced People in Nairobi.
